With the arrival of the summer season and the resulting increase in outdoor temperatures, one of Madrid's leading Data Centers needed to temporarily strengthen its cooling capacity to maintain high efficiency levels and ensure continuous infrastructure operation. The customer's goal was therefore to rapidly deploy a reliable, scalable, and immediately operational solution capable of supporting the existing system without requiring permanent modifications to the installation. To meet the customer's requirements, Daikin Rental developed a temporary cooling solution specifically designed to ensure the Data Center's operational continuity throughout the summer period.
The project involved the installation of seven Daikin Screw EWAD-TZBSR2 chillers, each providing approximately 645 kW of cooling capacity, delivering the power required to support the infrastructure's needs. The solution was designed to remain operational for a six-month period, ensuring that the required thermal conditions were maintained even during peak demand periods.
